Transport

Well I finally got a car after trawling though the local paper and wandering around most of the garages in the area. It’s a Toyota Landcruiser and is pretty good condition for it’s age, it suits me anyway,  it has a CD player and Aircon which is going to be nice judging how warm it is already up here. It’s going to take me a while to get used to driving it after the Corrado, the clutch weighs a ton. I will probably head up to Cooktown at the weekend, it’s about a 5 hour drive but the scenery is meant to be stunning. Will post some more photos soon…have just added the rest of my Hong Kong photos. Went to Jonno’s bar again last night, the music wasn’t quite as good as Sunday…and they were having Cain toad races but I didn’t stick around for it. Will probably try some seafood tonight. If you get the chance see Sholin Soccer, one of the funnist films I have seen in ages.
